Gentle Yoga

A hatha yoga class with gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation. Pose positions include: standing, sitting, kneeling, lying on the stomach, and lying on the back. One sun salutation will be practiced (can be done with a chair). This is a virtual class (on Zoom).
